Hi! I’m Des, the founder of ConquerHer Fitness. I’m deeply passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives. With years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in creating personalized training programs that are both challenging and fun. My approach is all about inclusivity, support, and creating a safe space for everyone to thrive.
I believe that fitness is not just about working out; it's about building a balanced lifestyle that includes healthy eating, mental well-being, and physical activity. I believe in the power of consistency and the importance of setting realistic, achievable goals. My mission is to help you overcome obstacles, achieve your fitness dreams, and evolve into the best version of yourself.
I've been a competitive bodybuilder since 2019, earning two overall titles in the Wellness category and securing 2 top 3 placements on the national stage. This journey has not only shaped my physique but also instilled in me an unwavering dedication, discipline, and passion that I bring to every aspect of my life. Now, I’m here to channel that same energy into helping you with your fitness journey.
